Let’s have a quick look at most interesting companies in the world.
First of all, I have to say something. It is very hard for anyone to define the most interesting company in the world, simply because every person in the world has his own view of the term interesting. Some people find some companies more interesting because of the variety of products or services they provide and the innovations. Others, on the other hand, focus more on the events that the company organizes, while there are the ones that more focus on the décor and the activities that appear behind the office door and the culture that rules behind the closed door.
These are all things that make some companies more appealing to innovators, potential employees, investors, and the consumers. For example, after I read about all the experiences employees in Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL), I became more interesting in this company and its products, besides the search engine that we all use on a regular basis. The word is that most of the employees doesn’t want to go home after the working hours because of all the comfort they enjoy in their offices. Besides all the freedom employees enjoy during their working hours, there is also a dog-friendly working environment so that the little fellas can have the greatest experience as well.
Just after Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL) acquired YouTube, they decided to reorganize their whole structure and put the greater emphasis on so-called greater bets such as the venture capital arm GV, self-driving car Waymo, life sciences unit Verily, and smart home developer Nest.
As said at the beginning, not only the working environments and upgrades are something that makes some company less or more interesting. Sometimes is not just one product. Sometimes it is the main goal of the company the clue! Unlike Microsoft, Nokia, Tesla, Apple, that all sell the same products, but with different features, there is one company that jumps out of all proportion and offers a service that until recently people could just dream of.
That is the company called Alcor, whose purpose is to freeze still-warm corpses with the possibility of bringing those people back sometime in future. And this isn’t a joke. The baseball legends Ted Williams already did it and, among other clients are billionaires Ray Kurzweil and Peter Thiel. Who knows, maybe in 200 years from now our grandgrandchildren will get to meet our idols. Or they will meet the zombie apocalypse, I don’t know.
But let’s see the full list of 10 most interesting companies in the world.
